BPD Support of San Diego is a group designed for those living with Borderline Personality Disorder that wish to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. It is for those of us who desire healthy connections with others, a feeling of self-worth, secure attachments, stabilized emotions, healthy behaviors and habits, productive coping skills, the ability to see the "grey" in situations, anger management, to feel whole, to develop compassion and, ultimately, love for ourselves.

For those of us with Borderline Personality Disorder, it can be really difficult to relate to others and it can feel like such a lonely existence. I created A BPD Meet Up in Los Angeles in hopes to meet others who have or feel like they can relate to BPD daily, and are constantly trying to better themselves.
