This group is for anyone suffering from Borderline Personality disorder and for loved ones and friends of someone living with BPD.

I am considered a high functioning BPD sufferer, and I was diagnosed about 2 years ago.

A diagnosis is not required; please come if you want to explore feelings you may have around this issue.

Please note that I am not a professional, but I have been in individual therapy for over a year and a half dealing with my own diagnosis and other issues. Hopefully I can be an asset to the group and share what I have learned about BPD and myself over the last year.

Come with an open mind.

Let's see what we can do to support one another.

Pat, on a Monday at that time, travel time from Tacoma would be about 45 minutes going that direction. (See archived flow map at http://198.238.212.176/PugetSoundTraf... ). The Denny's is relatively close to the freeway exit in Bellevue. You might even shave 10 minutes of that by going up I-167. My experience has been that the meetings have never been less than an an hour in any case.

I was diagnosed with BPD by a psychiatrist, and haven't met anyone else with this disorder. I would really like to get to know others with this, and learn more about this disorder.

I was diagnosed with BPD a decade ago (though, like others, I had long since diagnosed myself). I completed a comprehensive, two-year DBT program earlier this year. My life has changed dramatically as a result, but I still have my struggles. I'd be g

I just need to meet others who deal with this nasty condition. If feels lonely to otherwise be around people who don't understand.

I diagnosed myself at 21 and was professionally diagnosed 15 years later in therapy. Would love the support of others with BPD as sometimes, I feel very alone.

I have come to the realization that I have BPD and don't know where to get help. I bought all the books that Borders had and am trying to educate myself. I think that belonging to a support group would really benefit me.
